Who are we?

Keystone is an I.T. Repair service, primarily focused on Computer and Peripherals, as well as software & hardware diagnostics and repair. Anything from a slow buggy computer, to a printer giving you a headache, to viruses, simply data recovery and back ups, I got you covered!

What separates us from the others?

The concept is simple... unlike a traditional store, we go straight to you! No need to lug your computer or printer to a retail repair center, waiting in lines, spending hours on the phone checking if something is in warranty. Keystone Mobile IT brings the service right to your doorstep, with a strong focus on fair pricing and empathy for you, the customer.

How does this work?

It's a simple appointment process. On the front page of our website there is a form where you can fill out a support request. All we need on that ticket is your name, a good contact number/email, and a brief description of the issue (also an optional attachment field if you have pictures). We'll be alerted when a ticket comes in, and call you as soon as we're available, which then we'll talk over the issue on the phone and figure out how to best service you. Once we isolate what kind of service is needed, we schedule a time to come see you in person to troubleshoot the issue!

Basically, if you ever had to make an appointment with a plumber, HVAC, electrician etc. and wondered "why can't we have this but for general I.T. repairs?", this is the exact market we're targeting.

What inspired this kind of business model?

My mother. To keep it brief and to the point, she was involved in a devastating accident that has made her unable to drive a car her whole life. Myself being in I.T. for over a decade, I simply accepted her requests to assist her as part of my routine life, where I'd go to her instead of her trying to find a ride to bring her devices to some repair store. While at home with my newborn son, I got some random inspiration to turn that into a business. This is the fruit of that idea.
